1. This refund policy commences within 15 days upon receipt of the work.
2. Should the client return the work after 15 days for quality concerns, a surcharge shall applied to cover costs for proofreading at 30% and 50% for rework. The surcharges are based on the file length or page count of the project.
3. This policy is limited only for Category A (Excellent) and B (Good) quality document or audio.
4. We reserve the right to conduct a proofreading review of the work before processing a refund.
5. The refund request shall be based on the results of the review to determine whether there is a valid breach in the quality standards. Clients need to provide a revised copy of the project for submission.
6. This policy is not applicable for files that were submitted by the client with poor legibility of documents or audio files and Rush orders.
7. High accuracy guarantee does not apply to poor quality files and rush orders. Rework does not apply for these poor file/document quality conditions.
